Measure correctly.
The sensor measures the pipe surface. Thermal contact, pipe material and surroundings affect the reading. The mount is not a radio range extender.
What the solution
includes.
Hardware is purchased once. Recurring cloud services depend on the sensors and the Cloud Connector model.
Cloud transmission and Studio require a paid sensor subscription from Disruptive Technologies. Your quote includes the terms.
The cellular/Ethernet model also requires a paid Connector subscription. The Ethernet-only model does not; sensor subscriptions remain necessary.
The cloud stores sensor data for 31 days by default. Up to three years of history is available with the additional paid Extended Data Storage option. The longer history accumulates from activation.
