Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods. If several goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins when possession of the last good is acquired.

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. Sending your withdrawal statement before the deadline is sufficient.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal statement. Additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery are excluded. We use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will incur no reimbursement fees.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or you supply evidence of having returned them, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to Leon Lasutra, SmartSensio, Hilbertstraße 22A, 12307 Berlin, Germany, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of withdrawal. Dispatch before that deadline is sufficient. You bear the direct return costs. You are liable only for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Custom-made goods
Under section 312g(2)(1) of the German Civil Code, withdrawal is excluded for non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of an individual consumer choice or decision, or goods clearly personalised for the consumer. This exclusion applies only when the particular order meets those conditions, not generally to every product advertised as customisable.
